St. Anthony Village High School juniors Alexa Mogck and Zach Siggelkow were selected for the 2013 ExCEL (Excellence in Community, Education, and Leadership) Award.   Sponsored by the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL), the ExCEL Award recognizes high school juniors who demonstrate leadership qualities, dedication to their school and community, and are active in fine art and athletic activities.  Each MSHSL member school is allowed to nominate two juniors—one female and one male—for the state award.
