School Age Childcare

School age care provides before and after school care for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade. Full day care is provided on non school days and during the summer months. Children enjoy a myriad of activities designed especially for the social and life skills development of the elementary age child. Bus transportation is provided to and from Wilshire Park Elementary and St. Charles before and after school. Contact Community Services at 612-706-1166.

Early Childhood Parent Advisory Council

The Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) Advisory Council meets monthly from September to May to advise the Early Childhood staff and Community Services Advisory Council regarding ways to enrich the services provided to families and children. The Advisory Council is mandated by the Department of Education. It is the philosophy of St. Anthony-New Brighton Community Services to encourage parent involvement and representation from all early childhood programs.
