Who We Are
The St. Anthony New Brighton Endowment Foundation is made up of St. Anthony Village High School (SAVHS) graduates and members of the community committed to our schools. We believe that maintaining the successful model of rigorous academics in a caring educational environment will ensure the quality of our schools.
The SANB community has always made our public schools a top priority, evidenced by a district regularly recognized for excellence:
Since 2006, SAVHS has been recognized seven times by Newsweek as one of America's Top High Schools.
Since 2012, SAVHS has been recognized three times by US News and World Report as one of America's Best High Schools.
In September 2016, St. Anthony Village High School was one of five Minnesota schools—and the only high school—recognized by U.S. Secretary of Education John B. King Jr. as National Blue Ribbon Schools for 2016 based on their overall academic excellence.
The Foundation is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization whose purpose is to provide a permanent funding source for the St. Anthony New Brighton Schools.
In challenging economic times when public funding is no longer sufficient to ensure the levels of excellence and programming that best prepare young people for success, the Foundation’s role is more important than ever.
